Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Positive Dose. Below is our shipping policy, which governs how and when we deliver orders.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During sale periods or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship to:

  • The United Kingdom

We use trusted carriers such as  DPD (or “our chosen courier”) to deliver your orders.


3. Shipping Rates & Options

* Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the courier.
** Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.


4. Free Shipping Threshold (Optional)

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by your country.

  • Positive Dose is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

  • Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to determine potential costs.


6. Order Tracking & Notification

  • If you haven’t received tracking information within [2–3 business days] of your order being marked shipped, please contact us at vitamins@positivedose.co.uk.


7. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged or the contents are incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at vitamins@positivedose.co.uk with photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, contact us. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

  • In case a parcel is returned to us (e.g. unclaimed, refused, wrong address), we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping or restocking fees before re-sending.


8. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at vitamins@positivedose.co.uk

  • If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. In that case, normal return/refund policy applies once it’s delivered.


9. Exceptions & Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our control (strikes, weather, carrier disruptions, etc.).

  • In such cases, we’ll do our best to assist and keep you informed of any new estimated delivery times.
